Caesars Entertainment Inc is a leading American hotel and casino entertainment company headquartered in Reno, Nevada. The firm operates more than 50 hotel and casino resorts throughout the United States, including many of the world’s best-known hospitality venues such as Caesars Palace, Circus Circus, and Eldorado. The firm was founded in its current form in 2020 when Caesars Entertainment Inc. and Eldorado resorts merged, creating what is now the largest gaming company in the US.
The company grew out of, and still incorporates, the Hurrah’s brand, the history of which can be traced to 1937 when Bill Hurrah opened his first bingo parlour in Reno, Nevada. The firm’s flagship resort, Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas, has been welcoming customers since 1966.
The firm operates casinos, hotels, dining venues, bars, nightclubs, lounges, and other entertainment venues. It also provides staffing and management services, as well as merchandise in the form of accessories, souvenirs, and decorative items through retail stores in its physical venues. In addition, the company is involved in online sports betting and iGaming services. The company’s portfolio of over 50 US properties includes more than 47,000 hotel rooms.
